Born in Hohmanns house in Wunderthausen, settled at Ellenville, NY. Known as John Henry.
First known tenant in Webers Haus. The house took its name from the craft of weaving which was apparently followed for many generations, though the tenants also had to tend their crops and livestock. This is one of the oldest known houses in Diedenshausen.
Born in Adriges Haus, Diedenshausen, but became the tenant in Webers.
Born in and tenant in Webers Haus, Diedenshausen.
A coachman in the service of an official with the Imperial government (viz. the Hapsburgs in Vienna). He is said to have been from Bohemia.
Born in Schulze, became the tenant in Webers Haus, Diedenshausen.
Tenant farmer and under-forester in Schneiders Haus, Diedenshausen. His marriage to Ottilia Wetzel was his second, and the identify of his first wife is not known. Which children were born to which marriage is also unknown. It seems likely that Johann Siebert was born to the first marriage.
First tenant in Schneiders Haus, Diedenshausen, though the Breusing name was associated with Wunderthausen at the time. He was apparently a tailor (Schneider).
He lived for a while in the pietist community at Homrighausen (a small enclave north of Berleburg), as did his future wife and her parents. Became the tenant in Hermes Haus, Diedenshausen, by purchasing the land from Georg Wilhelm Homrighausen for 2000 Thalers in 1818 (the Homrighausens went to Baltimore, though returned later). Such a sale was only possible in the wake of the Napoleonic Wars and the absorption of Wittgenstein into the Prussian state, at which time feudalism was finally abolished.
Her family is believed to have come from Girkhausen, though they too lived at Homrighausen.
Born in Schäfers house in Diedenshausen. In 1878 they took over Kellers house in Wunderthausen.
Moved to Paola, Kansas.
